Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes absolutely. Just select 'Bank Deposit' on the checkout page (it's underneath the Paypal option). Bear in mind we will despatch only after we've received payment so it's a good idea to drop us an email to let us know you've paid.
Why are the add to cart quantities restricted?
After manufacture our 375ml products are packed into boxes of 6, our 5L products into boxes of 2. Unfortunately our warehouse can no longer break these up; it's a total nightmare. Ordering in bulk is also better value for you the customer as you pay less in delivery charges.
What if I want to order smaller quantities?
Email us and we will set you up with a 10% discount off our retail site: gloved.co.uk.
Why are pumps sold separately?
Unfortuantely, unlike our other packaging parts, pumps cannot be recycled (even the ones that say they can believe it or not) so we encourage reuse as much as possible.
How should I dispose of your packaging?
Our glass 375ml bottles and our (100% recycled plastic) 5L bottles can both be widely recycled. For reference, the 5L bottles are made from 'Type 2- HDPE' recycled plastic. If we need to use packing fill with your order it will be Ecofill. This is made from vegetable based starch and will happily decompose in your regular trash or compost heap rather than in recycling bins.
Do I need to order the 375ml bottles every time I order more 5L refills?
No, but under heavy use the bottles might start to look a little tired, at which point we suggest you swap them over. A pristine looking hand sanitiser is a lot more appealing to use than a beaten up one.
Can I have multiple staff accounts?
Yes, but we'd strongly recommend using only 1 per store or per business (if you're ordering for multiple stores) if possible, for your sake as much as ours. That way you will be able to see your order history, and make sure a colleague hasn't already ordered more product before you. Our login accounts are based on an email address, so a generic store email that multiple staff can access might be easiest (but you do you). If you do want to add more staff accounts then drop us an email as we need to approve them for the login to be active.
N.B. If you have stores in the UK and abroad then you will definitely need separate accounts for tax reasons.
